The Case of Itaewon Homicide 2009 คดีฆาตกรรมอิแทวอน (คดีลับปมมรณะ) เรื่องนี้สร้างจากเรื่องราวเหตุการณ์ฆาตกรรมเด็กหนุ่มที่เกิดขึ้นจริง ณ ร้าน แฮมเบอร์เกอร์ในย่าน อีแทวอน ที่ตั้งอยู่ในเขตอิแตวอน ซึ่งเป็นย่านนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติ และเป็นเขตทหารอเมริกันในเกาหลีใต้อีกด้วย เมื่อวันที่ 3 เมษายน ปี 1997 โดยนักแสดงที่มารับบทเด่นในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ จางคึนซอก รับบทเป็นผู้ต้องสงสัยว่าเป็นฆาตกร ส่วน จองจินยอง รับบทเป็นอัยการที่สืบหาเรื่องราวการฆาตกรรม และโอควังโรก รับบทเป็นทนายความ เป็นคดีสะเทือนขวัญที่สุดในปี1997 และ 12 ปีต่อมา คดีนี้ได้ถูกนำเสนอเป็นภาพยนตร์ในเรื่อง TheCaseofItaewonHomicide อัยการพัคเข้าตรวจห้องน้ำชาย สถานที่เกิดเหตุสะเทือนขวัญ พร้อมกับแพทย์นิติเวช เพื่อตรวจหาหลักฐานที่จะสามารถนำพาเขาไปสู่ความเป็นจริงได้ แต่ห้องน้ำชายในร้านแฮมเบอร์เกอร์นั้น ถูกล้างทำความสะอาดด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้ออย่างเข้มข้นจนแทบไม่เหลือร่องรอยอะไร นอกจากคราบเลือดที่ค้างอยู่ระหว่างรอยต่อของอ่างล้างมือเซรามิคและท่อต่อระบายน้ำKseries
