I understand that Han Jun Hee is still grieving the loss of her boyfriend, Ko Yeon Jun. It’s understandable that she would be surprised and even shaken to see someone who looks so much like him. Nam Si Heon’s resemblance to Ko Yeon Jun could bring up a lot of difficult emotions for Han Jun Hee, but it could also be a way for her to start to heal.
